Perfectly located. Ample parking. Seems like a purpose-built bed and breakfast. Friendly and business-like lady of the house. Large room and bath/shower room. Standard decor. The bed was comfortable. Very good standard of cleanliness throughout. Plenty of hot water. Serves early brekkie to facilitate ferry goers - very impressive. The man of the house does the cooking and his scrambled egg is wonderful. GnT-infusted lemon slices provided for the black tea - hilarious. We had a one-course meal at The Kilrane Inn but this is reviewed separately. My husband and I would be happy to stay at this BnB again.

Alas, only one night at this wonderful B&B, fantastic hosts, great room and wonderful breakfast. A huge thank you to our hosts that made our stay great and for getting us and our luggage to the morning
ferry.

Hosts were friendly and welcoming. Room was clean, large and comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful at night. Walking distance to hotel for dinner. French press coffee. Hot breakfast. Yogurts. Fresh fruit and canned peaches and pears. Fresh fruit salad was good. They drove us to train station after breakfast. Wish we had more time there. Highly recommend this B&B.

Large imposing house in a fairly quiet street only about 3 minutes from the ferry terminal.
It is a B&B but well run and the room we had- does have an enclosed shower which we wanted-so no suprise there. Only fault we had was the television high up on the wall-streatched our necks a little- otherwise perfect room and no noise-apart from the bathroom fan that went on for ever!
Breakfast was fine with a full Irish although this has to be ordered the evening before.

Room Tip: Possible best to ask for rooms at the rear of the building.

This B&B is within two minutes of the Ferry Port. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Tea and biscuits are there on arrival, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
This is the perfect place to stop if you are using the ferry. The main road out of Rosslare is easy to follow from the end of the road. There is an hotel nearby for dining and also a Supavalu shop if you need to buy necessities.

Room Tip: Only stayed in one room, but they all would be quiet because this is a quiet road.
