Three of us came here for lunch. It was a snowy day and the manager told us that there was much more business than they usually have for lunch (the room was about 2/3 full at noon.
We tried different dishes, pictured below. The food is distinctive, prices moderate and service very good, especially give that one person was serving as wait person for probably 10-12 tables.
They have a liquor license. Wine & beer are available.
There also is a small market featuring distinctive foods from Brazil.
We live in St. Paul and I probably would not drive all the way to Hopkins just for this restaurant. But if you are in the area, I think it is definitely worth trying.
