Having eaten here on and off for 20+ years now, it really hasn't changed much in basic concept in that whole time. Unique food offerings tilted toward the "natural" and "healthy" and "organic" (semi-vegan/vegetarian, but by no means focused there). With a vegetarian spouse it's a natural choice for us to stop in a couple times a year and check 'em out.

* Portions are on the 'small-ish' side for the $$. Even their starter apps are a bit skimpy for the $$.
* Service was very good and attentive - almost overly so when it came to grab the dirty dishes. But typical overall.
* Menu selections change 'emphasis' on a monthly basis, but there's always some good standbys. The Bison Burger is a good carnivore's choice.

All in all, a good meal for a higher-than-typical price. After all, they have to pay rent in a pricey Edina location.

My BFF and I meet up here for lunch or brunch about once a month on average. Usually we rock the juice bar, salads, and--of course--the tea. It's consistently good. The waitstaff haven't always been the most friendly (a little impatient and irritable, despite our repeat business), but the location is convenient, the food is reliably good, and the tea is great.

One of my favorite restaurants for nearly 40 years. I appreciate that my favorite dishes have remained on the menu: the cashew chicken open face hot sandwich, and cashew chicken salad. And the Good Earth tea beats my desire for a great cup of coffee. Large portions, enough for next day's lunch. And yes, the bread basket with the hommus is a temptation.

Buyer beware when it comes to takeout at Good Earth. If you like stale bread, soggy sandwiches, this is the place to go. Unfortunately, we didn't find out until we got back to our offices. Thumbs down on quality control here.

Came here for breakfast, made an easy reservation and service ws pretty good. They did get one of the dishes wrong for the first time but they exchanged it quickly. Food was pretty good!
