What a wonderful evening. Fabulous food and the service was great! Our server, Sam, really helped make the evening so enjoyable. She knew the menu and specials. More importantly, she knew how to make us feel welcomed and important. Oh...can't go wrong with any of the desserts!

The food was wonderful, service was great but the noise level on a Saturday night was unbearable! This is not the place to come on a Saturday night if you want to hold a conversation without yelling. Too much noise made for a dinner that was not great. Try it on a week night when it might be less crowded and you don't have to yell to be heard.

I heard about and wanted to experience Caio Bella for awhile. Finally went with a friend. It was extraordinarily busy for a February Tuesday evening on a non-descript week - not Valentine’s week, so reservations are recommended even on weekdays. Rather than wait two hours, the host offered us the choice of eating at the back bar which she showed us first. We decided it was fine.

The service from start to finish was excellent. Once we ordered, they brought a basket of warm bread (two slices each) however it was not refilled, nor did they ask if we wanted more. All food is ala carte. I had a dish from the specials, a cilantro lime encrusted salmon. Luckily this came over rice and was a huge portion, amazingly flavored.

The only reason I didn’t give Caio Bella five stars is because I feel they are over priced for what you get. Our bill, no sides, no desserts, just two entrees and three glasses of wine was a little over $100.
