The first time we stayed in Duluth, we stayed at the very cool suite at the Radisson. We were tempted to do it again but the Sheraton looked appealing. It was a great decision. Use the parking lot attached to the back of the hotel - it is very convenient.
The staff at the front desk were total professionals. We had room 532, a corner suite. It was very very nice. Comfortable and detached sitting room. Fridge and wet bar for that afternoon cocktail. The view was perfect for watching the moon over the entire expanse of Lake Superior. A plus here is the restaurant - for both dinner and breakfast. We were in off season so we had both meals pretty much alone. Again, impeccable service and the food was great. while i'll do a second review of the 301 restaurant, I'll just mention here that the pork confit was totally unexpected and absolutely great.More
