Description: My philosophy on food and business is simple and straightforward. Always use the finest and freshest ingredients possible, nothing less. Create flavors that contrast but, at the same time, compliment each other. Combine textures and colors... and pay special attention to the presentation of all. And, finally, take care of your customers; good service is just as important to a restaurant's success as the food it serves. Eating should be one of the great joys in life. At Timothy's, our goal is to fulfill that promise. We want you to leave having had a wonderful dining experience... and wanting to come back."

This casual, family friendly restaurant is more casual than upscale, but the seafood is outstanding...especially the Calamari. Ordered the Grilled Wedge, Halibut on the plank, calamari and beef skewers. The service staff was very friendly, accommodating, efficient and gracious. Although some of the details for the restaurant as a whole need upgrades or tweaks, understandably most of the patrons are on a weekend outing and just want to relax. The pace of service promotes a more relaxed casual atmosphere.

Plenty of options for most, including foodie kids, but you can find something you'll like. The portions are average, the pricing a bit higher than expected, but some of the flavor parings were amazing.

Full bar, decent wine list, no-alcoholic options, appetizers, desserts and great seafood options. Ask about the Blueberry Martini....oh my.

Timothy's has not met their potential. Their food tastes great, is presented well and cocktails are interesting. Last evening was our second visit within a couple of months. Both were on a Sunday evening. Sunday evening is not a good time to go. The first visit, they were out of steak. Sold out the night before. Last night everyone in our party of 6 ordered something and then was told they were out of it, from tuna to Miller Lite and even mint leaves (really?) so they couldn't make any mojitos. Sold out from the night before. The place filled up quickly at 6 which is when they opened. Waitstaff seemed to be in a state of confusion. Our waiter may have been new, so I can cut him some slack there, but we rarely saw him. We were one of the first to be seated and ordered almost right away and our entrees came over an hour later. Kept trying to get a glimpse of our waiter to get more bread while we waited and then later to get our check.
We didn't order dessert as we did not want to ad another hour to the experience.
I want to go again just to see if another day of the week or weekend is better. But no more Sundays.

Within the Gordon Inn...casual dress in an upscale dining room...Staff was extremely helpful..even our group that included 5 under 5 years of age. Had children menus but the food was served elegantly and well prepared. Salads, appetizers and main dishes were excellent. Loved the calamari..the boulabaise rack of lamb had slightly thin chops but well seasoned. Probably the best in the area.
