Thank you for your wonderful words. We are happy to serve and appreciate your excellence rating. Sorry that I am no longer at Westlodge with Divine Food Number 12, but the option of booking dinner is still available at the Lodge.

We were guests at Westlodge B&B and had dinner at Divine Food nr. 12. The place is very cozy and romantic. We had South African dishes, very tasty and appealing and a good bottle of wine that the chef recommended to us. During the dinner a couple that weren't guests at the Lodge came for dinner and since it was her birthday the owner have prepared a very romantic setting for them. Afterwards we all start singing her "Happy Birthday" which created a very nice atmosphere. The owner who actually is the chef of the restaurant is very nice and she knows very well how to treat her clients.
If you go to Graskop you can't miss this place :)
Lovely review. Thank you. Just a note that I have moved my business to the cnr of Louis Trichardt & President Streets - The Shack Graskop @ Finches Pub & Grill. So when you are in town - don't miss out on SA Traditional foods served in Tapas Style with AWESOME Freak-Shakes to match. Lots of amazing foods, including a range of pizza will be available.
Food was tasty, tender and really appealing. Nice variety of starters, main course and desert. Atmosphere in the restaurant was enjoyable.
Thank you Pieter for the review. I hope that the next time you are in Graskop, you and the family can come and experience my new venue and new menu. I am sure it will appeal to you all.
Divine food is part of Westlodge B&B. Its "restaurant" is open to the public. We were welcomed by the owner and her son in the parlor with a glass of wine. The son promised us that we would eat the things he ate when growing up in SA. The personal approach of the owner and the excellent food we ate can be at best qualified as the epitome of customer intimacy. We not only had a lovely and enjoyable evening with a excellent home cooked meal but we and our kids (17 and 13) also had a good time with the conversations with the owner about the upside of SA but also about the things SA can grow to become better. A must-visit when at Grakop. Thanks for this evening to remember
Such a lovely review. Thank you so much for writing this - it shows that memories are made around food and that makes life worth the while... Please note to those reading this review that I am no longer operating out of Westlodge but from The Shack Graskop @ Finches Pub & Grill - cnr of Louis Trichardt and President Streets. Love you see you there.
Cozy setting in relaxed elegance. Try the bobotie, a spiced minced meat casserole garnished with nuts, chutney, dried fruits among other things. It is a traditional South African dish. The service, presentation and setting were all wonderful.
Why, thank you for such a fantastic review - it is really wonderful to know that people enjoy our food, our service and our setting. We wish you well and hope you will join us again soon. Knowing that you have extensive experience in the industry, these words mean so much more to us. Be Blessed!
