We were really surprised to find our room had dirty, dingy looking carpet. I didn't walk on it barefooted. Also the bathroom floor looked dirty and the grout between the tiles was black in the middle and white around the outside. We were very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. We paid $204 plus fees and tax for a one night stay and there was no coffee in the lobby when we went down to check out. Had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to pick up the container and bring it back with some coffee.

The room decor was a bit dated but very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

This place does not live up to the Ramada name. Hallways, stairs/stair wells, and parking lot were a disaster. Heater/air conditioner unit in the room was covered in dust on the inside. Ice bucket was on top of the counter that was directly above the toilet. Customer service was awful with the exception of one of the house keepers (Mary). Started with pricing on the room. Straightened out. There was a Canadian hockey team staying in our wing and were carousing in the halls, slamming doors, yelling. Woke us a few times off and on but awoke us about 3 in the morning with very loud noises, called front desk to report. Quieted down after that. Heard that the hotel had to ask the group to keep it down by the pool earlier. After accidently hitting the TV plug, the TV would not turn back on. Hotel personnel took over 2 hours to finally correct the problem. We had stayed an extra night so we could watch the MN Vikings vs. Detroit Lions football game instead of driving to our next destination. We watched part of the game in the bar and were told they would come let us know when the TV was working again, they did not. My husband went back to the room to check and the housekeeper out in the hallway told him the TV was working again. Had rib special and food especially potato was cold. Had breakfast the next morning and got charged for 2 coffees (we did not have). Brought to the waitress' attention, she came back with a bill that we were charged for 1 coffee. Again, we had no coffee. Finally resolved.

We stayed 2 nights. The room was good, clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. The only thing I didn't like was where the room was at. Not easy at all. Couldn't use a luggage cart because there were stairs you had to use to get to the room. Also the room was close to the pool, and it was pretty noisy at night.
