This is an older facility. Initially we were given a room that did not match our reservation but a call to the desk and our paperwork fixed that. Our room was good sized with a king bed and a full kitchen. The sleep was good. We were at the edge of the property and we had a hard time connecting to the WiFi. But the Comfort Inn WiFi was much stronger and always easy to connect and was fast too. Our room was made up very late in the day, after 4 PM. The breakfast room had a good selection of food in the morning but the room is on the small side for the number of rooms in the complex and seating was lacking at peak times.

We've visited here before and came back for more of their warm, friendly hospitality. From the time we checked in, Lucy welcomed us like family. She and Tressa made sure our rooms were comfortable and up to the highest standards. Our room was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, plenty of towels and furnishings to make our three days feel like being at home. The air conditioner was a little noisy, but they sent Tom the next day to take care of things and he eventually got it quieted down. Our morning breakfasts were top-notch, with plenty of hot and cold items, fresh fruit, and choices to eat healthy or indulge your sweet tooth. Kay was a jewel in keeping the breakfast area running smoothly - stopping to give you a "good morning" greeting and smile, all the while making sure everyone was happy and satisfied. This is a fine hotel in which to stay one night or multiple nights, and provides a great fitness room, nice outdoor pool area, volleyball and basketball court. Their outdoor BBQ area is complete with fire pit, gas grills, table, lounge chairs and spacious area to enjoy group or individual outings. You'll feel like family with the warmth of the staff and the comfort of the rooms. Highly recommend it and give them an A+ rating.

Room was quiet, had a full size fridge, stove, micro, dish washer, coffee maker, free wifi, breakfast w/ waffles cereal, eggs, sausage etc, a desk, couch and plenty of closet space. Had all I need.
Only complaint would be the hurricane force A/C. Better if it ran longer at a lower speed.
Pleasant staff.
2 story, no elevators.

We love the kitchen, sitting areas and room in this residence Inn. It is very clean although in the need of some updating. Ask for something on the ground floor otherwise you are carrying everything up a flight of stairs. No elevators.

Room tip: Ground floor.

We have stayed at a few Residence Inns over a few states, and this was, by far, the best we have stayed at. The staff was very friendly and courteous - going out of their way to make sure we were happy. The suite was clean and in order for our stay, and should we need anything, they were right on it, in terms of getting what we need.

Room tip: Building 14 was excellent, and the cleaning staff for this building were very pleasant and accomdating
