Stayed here one night for a work meeting. Staff was friendly and attentive when needed. Breakfast setup was great- perfect for someone with special dietary needs- fresh fruit and fresh spinach was especially appreciated. The beds were comfortable- the bathroom was very clean- love having the extra room in which to work. Plenty of parking- three meeting rooms- close to restaurants and shopping as well

Room Tip: back overlooks a lake

We stayed just one night and the stay was good. Staff were friendly, room was clean and nice, pool area was kept up and clean, and breakfast was good. They had a bar inside the lounge area but didn't use it, just serves drinks.

We chose this hotel expecting from a Marriott chain, an above average experience. To that end, we paid top dollar for our one night stay. It wasn't worth it.

The bathrooms have no hooks to hang wet bathing thing on without danger to the occupants. The only hook is behind the doors, the floors are tile and someone could have slipped had we used that.

The foyer light in the suite also operates the lights (dimmable) over the bed. This means we could not use the bed lights without keeping the occupant of the sleeper sofa awake, nor could you turn on the foyer light if you came in late without waking the occupants of the bed.

Carpets were definitely worn and needed to be replaced.

And the capper for us was the whirlpool that did not work. After asking twice to have someone fix it, getting promised that it would be fixed, but seeing no action, we were utterly deflated and just wanted to leave.

I've stayed in other hotels that have the same options for less, was more comfortable, and much happier.

Was here for work trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was pretty standard. Convenient to airport and some shopping areas - not very close to downtown areas. (which I knew booking - client very close to hotel)

Pros:
Clean
Nice rooms
Terrific staff

Meh
Average breakfast - hot/cold variety
Definitely showing signs of age

Cons:
Nothing top of mind - definitely no deal breakers

Reasonable park and fly option. They do have a shuttle service to the airport and if you must travel to the airport outside the shuttle times, they will call and pay for a taxi. They do charge for traveling more than 7 days. We paid an extra $25 for 3 additional days.
