My husband and I stayed here for one night after roadtripping through Vermont to see the fall colors. We were flying out of Warwick and wanted to stay close but not in a hotel by the airport. This Inn was a short drive (25 min) to the airport in Warwick. I'm so happy that we decided to stay here. We were in the Rose Room on the 3rd floor. This room was beautiful, cozy, and quiet. The attention to detail at this inn is amazing. There are cookies and other treats at the top of the main stairs and water with lemon on each floor. The building is old but that's what makes it so charming. It hasn't been updated and if you like that (I do) you will love staying here. Breakfast was very good! I would stay here again if I'm ever back in the area.

We stayed 2 nights in the Peach Room at Proctor Mansion Inn. It's a beautiful mansion, full of history. Our room was quite big and had a beautiful bathroom. I absolutely loved the hard wood floors. The bed is very comfortable and the bathtowels are so soft.

The whole mansion is beautifully decorated.

Deri made a wonderful breakfast, starting with a fruit cup. The first morning we then had french toast. The second morning we enjoyed a vegetable omelet. There are mini bagels for toasting, juices, cereal, joghurt and great coffee.

On the landing of the second floor you will find delicious home baked cookies and muffins. Try them!

I highly recommend this B&B, you will feel right at home there.

Every detail about this old house is loaded with charm. If you love old houses that have not been "updated" you will go crazy over this place. All of the original character remains and has been lovingly restored. The location feels very "New England". We were there for a concert at the stadium and it was a quick 10 minute drive.
Deri was a very gracious host and made sure we felt right at home. I highly recommend staying here, even for local folks who want to have a "staycation".

We stayed at The Proctor Mansion following a concert at the nearby Xfinity Center. It is an absolutely beautiful home, and despite our very late check in time, they were able to accomodate us. We checked in at approximately 2 am to find homemade cookies and drinks out for us. There were other guests in the home at the time, but there was no noise. Breakfast was prepared in the morning and was delicious and provided at a time convenient to us. Beautiful furnishings. The T is a short drive, so Boston is easily accessible. I would definitely stay again.

What a charming setting for a high tea on a cold winter day! The owners Brian and Dawn have outdone themselves investing great care to preserve this circa 1800's Victorian Inn. Over 50 attendees including myself enjoyed a complete and elegant high tea sitting in the Inn's Ballroom decorated just in time for Valentine's Day. After our wonderful tea we were treated to a tour and great stories of the Inn's background, much of which Brian and Dawn completed in-depth research to find information about the Inn's history--even hidden rooms used to harbor those along the "Underground Railroad"! The view from the cupola atop the Inn was a marvelous "perch" to see a 360-degree view of the historical small town of Wrentham, MA. The Inn is available for a variety of functions as well as to special interest groups (such as a Candlelight Yoga class). The Inn's rooms appeared snug and cozy, and a full breakfast is served in the morning--even though I only live a few towns over from Wrentham, I look forward to treating myself sometime to a night at the Inn and breakfast!
