Stopped because it looked like an easy off and on from highway ( and it was). But very pleasantly surprised
Nice friendly and helpful staff. Started with a wonderful rich and creamy clam chowder with plentiful clams then I ordered a lobster Shepherds pie. Creamy well seasoned mashed potatoes ,browned under a broiler covered a filling which was almost entirely lobster with a creamy delicious sauce, with a few kernels of corn, which really added to the dish. Nice bountiful salad, which came already dressed was very good
My only advice is skip the chowder. The pie was all I could eat.
Their special was a prime rib dinner and both neighbors on either side had that and raved about it.
