Came to visit son at Westfield State and decided to give Emma's a try based on recommendation. Glad we did...we has chicken parm veal parm and veal Marsala. Portions are large and no complaints from anyone. Bread served warm with hard crust dipping oil. Everyone too full for desert. Parking was limited so keep that in mind. Reservations are good idea as well. Not a quiet place which no big deal for us but could see some may not care for the volume. No question will be back.

I have only dined at Emma's two times, but both visits were excellent. I live in Westfield, and there are a lot of Italian restaurants in W MASS, but Emma's offerings wee more like the Italian cuisine I dined upon when visiting Florence, Naples and Rome. Too often American Italian cuisine is over sauced; frequently I could barely find the pasta.
Parking is tight and the café is on the small side, but the main thing - the food, is great.

The food is always fresh and prepared per order. Salads and vegetables are also fresh, never a "bagged salad" or canned vegetable taste. Salad dressing's are home made. Meats, poultry, fish dishes always creative and tender. Cannolis, mmmmm cannot be passed up.

solid restaurant, the room is wide open and an little loud but the food is always good. I had the Scallops Fra Diavlo over angel hair pasta, very good, well seasoned. The chef is talented.

We've been here multiple times and have never had an issue with the food or the staff. Both are excellent! The only tip that I have is to make sure you have reservations, as they book up fairly quickly on the weekends.
