Hampton Inns need to have better barriers between the rooms. We don't care to hear what is going on or when they arrive in the next room. It seems the quality of services and staff have gone down hill.

Thank you for your feedback about our hotel after your recent stay with us Marty D. Please allow me to apologize if you were not completely satisfied with the noise if your guest room. Our hotel, newly built, was constructed with concrete ceilings, floors and block between the rooms. We sincerely hope you would consider allowing us to provide you with hotel accommodations again in the future, should you be in our area again. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Don't pass up the Hoton on West Yarmouth, the staff is warm and welcoming and the rooms are beautiful and roomy!! This is a very nice property and the breakfast area is large and inviting. Plenty of hot water for showers, because the Marriot Courtysrd in Lowell was like warm to cool every morning :(
This was a great stay and we would stay here again without question.

our 3 day stay at the hampton Inn was relaxing and fun as well. our 2 grandchildren spent One day with us and we all enjoyed the pool hot chocolate and a large beach ball left for anyone at the pool. after a quick lunch down the street it was back to the pool . we were all sad to leave the hotel to take the kids home,, but we returned for a restful quiet night and next day the room was spotless, had all we needed and a very sweet house keeper. We will continue to stay at Hampton Inns

Recently visited Harwich for a two day golf outing an I choose to stay at Hampton Inn as I have had great experience in the past in other states. I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service, quite room accommodations and quality breakfast selection. You will not be disappointed.

Appreciated the fact that we were able to check-in early upon arrival. Breakfast was excellent. Was surprised by the injury that I sustained from an improperly assembled and broken bed, I report this and received apologies, but something more seem warranted.
