It's a bit of a drive from Boston or other New England (1-2h) hubs and tends to muggy compared with coastal inns. Rooms have A/C. Following a flood in 2016, repairs near completion but green plastic garbage bags still cover holes in roof. NoLo restaurant significantly downscale compared with Left Bank, which it replaced; wine collection a shadow of former self. Small and great check-in. Annoying practice of adding 17% tip to all bills and then asking/suggesting more. Perhaps a better local resource than destination.

I hosted a large corporate event here last month. There are no other higher end hotels nor restaurants in Tyngsboro or the greater Lowell atea, and it probably makes this one stand out even more. The interior and ambience of the place is somewhat of an English manor house hotel! And the food and drinks selection is second to none!

We stayed here to avoid the high prices and noise of Boston hotels, and it was semi-convenient for our itineary. The furnishings are traditional, and they do have a few issues, but the rooms are large and the beds and linen are as good as it can get. The wine selection in unsurpassed, and the chef does a good job for the small number of guests. I do not know why the restaurant is not more popular but it could be because of its remote location. The restaurant and bar are beautiful, and the service friendly. I hope this place makes it, because everyone should have the opportunity to stay here. It's not perfection, but very unique, in a good way.

We arrived on Saturday, April 29th to a very welcoming and accommodating check-in! There were 8 of us who enjoyed a delicious lunch on the beautiful patio. We had scheduled facials and messages and again all went as planned! The wine tasting was a BONUS!.... Great wines and our Steward couldn't have been more gracious and interesting! The rooms were elegant and VERY good size, BEDS were very comfortable! Our dinner and brunch was EXCELLENT! To please us all was impressive! THANK you Stonehedge and NOLO restaurant for a wonderful time had by all!
