Not as quaint as many other orchards in the area. And a little on the expensive side. Not my favorite place to pick apples!

go here and all you will do is wait. wait in lines to get tickets and apple bags. wait in line, and get cut, to ride the hayride. [the woman 'managing' the line was too busy on her phone to make sure that the people who actually waited in line got on the hayride and just let people who walked right up get on. meanwhile, the line was about 30 minutes long and this happened over and over again.] but once you did get on it was a nice long ride around the orchard. you wait in line to get cider donuts. the line was so long that i never got the donuts. i just couldn't wait that long. but, from what i saw the donuts looked to be too greasy as the takeout bags were soaked.
moral of the story, this place is all about the hype and it's really not worth all the waiting in line to experience a sub par orchard. there are so many in this area that you can definitely do better.
We had a whole time at this orchard picking apples and a 36 pound Pumpkin. The Apple Cider Donuts were amazing especially if you get them while still warm. All the staff was polite and very helpful and the apple varieties were almost endless. It's been many years since I've ate so many different kinds of apples. We were so exhausted by the end of the day that we didn't do the Hayride we already had tickets for. I guess we'll have to do it during our next visit !!! Excellent family afternoon !!!
Cute quiet farm worth the drive...we wish that we had picked our apples here as other local farms were jammed and overcrowded with people. Here it was peaceful and serene. There is a cute small shop with apples and baked goods. Outside was nicely decorated with seating. It was getting fairly busy but was spread out so didn't feel too crowded. Only disappointment was that we drove here almost an hour to buy their peach bars which they didn't make the day we came.
We've been coming here for a few years now. Plenty of apples to choose from in the country store, from pies, cider, candy, maple syrup, honey etc. Also they have a grill for burgers, hotdogs, grilled cheese, cider donuts, and the donuts are to die for. They are piping hot, with sugar cinnamon, and the lightest, not heavy donuts I've ever tasted, delicious. Their apple crisp is good, not big but just the right size topped with their icecream, also very good. It has a little hay/tractor area of little kids. Apple picking by foot or you can take a tractor ride.
Great afternoon stop. Go later in the day if you do not want to wait for the donuts, otherwise the line is long!!!
