Good tunes, Great service(shout out to Fernando and everyone else) and Delicious food. We weren’t drinking b/c we had a 6 hour drive but next time we are gonna! The Hair of the Dog looked awesome and the margarita sounded scrumptious. In our party we had the French Toast, Shrimp Tacos, Tacos with eggs n avocado and some other egg dish with refrained beans. Everything was tasty. The brown sugar bacon was to die for and the chips n salsa were refilled upon request. The staff was attentive without being obtrusive. The music was enjoyed by both the 20 something’s and the 50 something’s. Hats off to the staff n chef at The Painted Burro. We’ll be back for those margaritas!!

Great vibe, fantastic margaritas, and delicious food -- nachos are the best I have ever had. This is a great place to go if you want a festive evening out that won't break the bank.

I've also had big / slow ordering groups here several times, and the waitstaff has been incredibly accommodating. Just be aware there is often an hour+ wait on weekends, but the bar area does serve the full menu if you can snag a table there!

Server was very attentive throughout the dinner, and made good recommendations on drinks. We ordered lamb and duck entrees which were both on point with medium rare. Juicy and flavourful. Very satisfied with the food, service, and decor of the restaurant. Seated highly recommends it for date nights, 100% agree with them!

Nice vibe to this space. Tables and chairs are rustic wood finished. Great high ceilings provide a welcomed openness. Food was great with fresh ingredients. Extensive beverage menu and there's an adjacent bar room area from the dining room space. Great place overall.

Four of us went for brunch on a beautiful fall Sunday in New England. We arrived at our reservation time of 1 pm and were promptly seated and the waitstaff service was fine.

The menu had a lots of offerings for brunch, indeed a whole separate menu. Lots of breakfast/lunch items, many egg dishes along with interesting cocktails, beer, wine, appetizers and salads. The chips (made on premises and still warm when served) and salsa were excellent. All of us loved the home fries that came with our meals. One of us tried the special entree - Avocado Benedict; very good, basically the English muffin was replaced by sliced avocado.

Two in our party said they had been to The Painted Burro for dinner and loved it.

We will be happy to return.
