Property was ok. Seemed like people were enjoying the on-site restaurant/bar but I didn't utilize. My only complaint would be the mildewy smell in my room. It was heavy and caused me to cough quite a bit throughout the night.

We stayed here for 1 night at the end of July before catching an early morning flight at Logan. We'd booked based on price before reading any of the TA reviews. We then saw some bad reviews just two days before we were to checkin and were a bit nervous. But we were very pleasantly surprised! Hotel is clean and modern, all staff very friendly and helpful, and the room had clearly been very recently refurbished. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Happy with the room service we ordered. Took advantage of the free shuttle to the airport, which arrived very promptly at 4am for our pickup! We'll have another early morning flight in Jan and we've already booked a room at Hampton Inn again. It was perfect for our needs and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

This place is what it is...a Hampton. So you know what you get and that's a decent room or suite, adequate and substantial breakfast and value for money. The shuttle service works fine but you may have to wait a bit, so what. We stayed 1 night before starting a 2 week tour of New England and it was fine, extremely quite and therefore the perfect stop for 1 night. Would I stay 2 weeks there..... no, but only because it's a bit far out of town. I rate Hamptons and am yet to be disappointed by one.

After searching the web and making a ton of calls my wife and I booked a park and fly package at this hotel. We saved a ton of money and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Great room, great service...VERY clean! Hotel even had a small bar that was just what we were looking for. Shuttle service to and from the airport was right on time. All the way around an exceptional value!

Summary: Hampton Inn Boston - Logan Airport was a very good value. Clean, modern, with a very helpful staff, and most importantly, a great complementary shuttle service to the airport, MTA transit, and a couple of good local Italian restaurants.

We decided to break up a long flight from the west coast to Europe by staying in Boston for two days. We wanted a place near the airport to make arriving and departing again easy. This Hampton Inn delivered more than we expected. It was reasonably priced and close to the airport, but they also made getting anywhere in Boston really easy with their free shuttle service and the MTA.

The rooms were large, well-furnished and comfortable. One unusual and nice little twist was that each room had a different little picture alongside the room number (see photo). Really helps you recognize your room if you can't remember the number because a) you've stayed in 3 hotels in the last week, b) your Senior Moments are turning into Senior Days or c) you spent too long in the bar.

An excellent hot breakfast with a good variety was included. There was a Bar/Bistro that opened at 5 PM with pizza, sandwiches and other light fare available. If you wanted to eat nearby, the shuttle would take you to 2 moderately priced local East Boston Italian restaurants, Jeveli's and Mario's, both of which get good ratings in TripAdvisor, UrbanSpoon, etc. We ate at Jeveli's (Italian comfort food) and liked it.
