I slept very very well in this hotel, which is a plus. there are probably about 3 hotels in the states that I actually able to get a 8+ rest in, this is one of them.
Love the mexican restaurant on property, not so sure about the gym, cuz I only go to the gym when I cannot sleep at night time.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, ending on April 30. Def 5 stars!! From the moment I made the phone call from the airport to request a shuttle to the time we got dropped back off, the staff was GREAT! The front desk staff was always so friendly, helpful, and courteous. They recommended things to do in Boston and gave us the directions on exactly what we needed to do. This was our first time in Boston. Can't beat the hotel price for the location it is in relation to downtown (10min drive). Room was huge and so very clean!!!! The housekeeping did an excellent job on room service and going extra on the "little" details! Free breakfast was so good and great choices! The ladies that ran the breakfast area kept it very well stocked and cleaned! Excellent choices of waffles, bread, bagels, pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, yogurt, fruit, juices, and hot cereal. Breakfast was huge for us because that saved us a few extra bucks and time on our trip.

The shuttle service was excellent! Ran 24 hours and took you right where you needed for free! We took the subway to all the places downtown we wanted to visit. We bought a week long Charlie card($22) and def go our money worth in transportation.

Darrin at the front desk has EXCELLENT customer service skills. On checkout he asked our departure flight time and automatically said "complimentary late checkout." Thank you Darrin!

I searched and searched hotels before our trip and I'm so glad we chose this one!! You won't be disappointed! Great location, cost, service, and staff!!!!

I debated long about which hotel in Boston to choose - wanting one downtown but not those prices! We flew into Logan airport and I am so glad we chose this hotel. Called the hotel when at baggage claim and a shuttle was waiting for us when we exited the airport. 10 min to hotel, great welcome, let us check in just before 2 pm. We were just off a transatlantic flight w a 2 year old and needed to keep him awake to fight jet lag - the indoor pool was a huge hit! They also gave us a free ride to Revere Beach in the shuttle since it wasn't too busy - and picked us up! Great location, good beach- our son had a blast. Another unexpected bonus was the Mexican food restaurant in the hotel - it was great for convenience and atmosphere. Coin op laundry as well for the WIN! Staff were helpful and courteous all around- especially Jason the shuttle driver. Excellent hot breakfast with lots of choice - and we had a ride to the station metro stop on departure. Thank you to all the staff for making the this a great experience!! Highly recommended.

Upon arriving, easy to find a spot. Shuttle leaves every 30 minutes on the hour. We unfortunately took a cab bc we were late and taxi cost $16.

On the way back, we called for pickup and shuttle was already on way for guest drop off. We didn't even wait 5 minutes and got driven directly back to lot! Jorge was an awesome driver and gave amazing customer experience. Lot was about $50 less per week than parking at airport.

8 minute drive from the airport. must call to get a shuttle. the beds are bounced but the rooms are convenient and nice. there's a microwave and fridge which is wonderful. soap lotion shampoo and conditioner are included but attached to the room.
