Searching for excellent fried clams and traveled with bro and SIL from North Attleboro and Mansfield to our home town of Rehoboth and were pleasantly pleased with the restaurant. My brother, Dad cousin and uncle used to come here way back in the 70's for breakfast. We has excellent chowder (serve red and white), clam cakes and fantastic fried clams. SIL had excellent turkey meal. Cook/owner very personable and obviously interested in pleasing his customers. He visited our table twice. Heard that people from South Carolina traveling to the Cape say the pulled pork is the best they've ever had. VERY pleased and worth the drive. Can hardly wait to bring my Dad (who will soon be visiting from Florida) along with other family members from area.

stopped by after work. been there many times for breakfast and found that it's very inconsistence. first time was very good and rest was ok to "why bother to go". so when stopping there on a Friday night I was a bit leery about it. place was not crowded but by 730pm it was full, all tables was taken. I ordered the large fish and chips. came out hot, four large pieces, fresh cut potato fries, cole slaw and tarter sauce. the fish was cooked perfectly, flakey, moist and a light clam fry coating. the potato was very good, could have been a bit more crisp but still very good. every table at least one patron had ordered a fish and chip. staff was great also.

Too bad this place is in the middle of nowhere, if it was closeby I'd eat there 3 times a week. I often pass on my trip to Taunton from providence along RT 44. For breakfast their Eggs Benedict is to die for, the RT 44 Rueben rules lunch, or try their stuffed clams...omg. Dinner anything seafood or prime rib. You really can't go wrong. Prices are cheaper than you'd expect. You'll love it.
