My girlfriend and I spent a week at Admiral's Landing. We had a great time even though it rained every day! Robyn and Audrey were so awesome! They interact great with the guests and offer a ton of suggestions and guidance to help make the visit memorable. We were offered plenty of alternative activites during the rain including movie suggestions and great bars and restaurants. The rooms are delightful and clean and it was every evident that Robyn and Audrey take great attention to detail. We couldn't have been more pleased with our experience and definately left with new friends and great memories.

The hospitality was exceptional and the room a charmer. It was a bit noisy if on the front of the hotel, but that can be remedied easily. The owners were a dream in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. They deserve a great future as inn-keepers.

Room Tip: Try for the non-street side. But don't give up on it if you don't get it.

My wife and I stayed at the Admirals Inn for two nights this past weekend. We were really looking forward to this trip as it was time to spend together away from our two energetic little boys. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left we felt at home. Robin and Audrey are very down to earth great people. We stayed in room 2 and it was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was a perfect size for the two of us. We kept the windows open when we slept and weren't awakened by any noisy neighbors. Our stay was wonderful. We would absolutely stay again.

We spent a week at this wonderful Bed & Braekfast. The Admirals Landing invites you to enter.
Every Room is beautifully decorated and well. A small oasis in the colorful P-Town.
Robyn und Audrey are very concerned about their guests and we laughed a lot. In addition Robyn is a great baker and the daily fresh Cakes delicious. :-)

You will not miss anything.

Room Tip: We stayed in Room 6th. It is under the roof with a fireplace and separate entrance. Very comfortable.

We stayed overnight in Provincetown during our stay on Cape Cod. Robyn and Audrey are very welcoming and Robyn's cakes alone a good reason to stay at Admiral's Landing. Our room was clean and comfortable although a little "tight" with all of the luggage we needed for a month plus road trip. There is a large gas fire in the room for chilly evenings. The house is charming, built in the 1860's and well located for exploring this gorgeous town. The guesthouse provides off-street parking for guests who are welcome to leave their car if they want to spend more time in Provincetown after check-out.
