We walked from the Lotus Guest house towards Napi and after Napi was snotty to us for not having a reservation, we decided to walk back to Lotus and discovered this little piece of heaven.
Sandy and her team made us feel so very welcome as we dined outside next to the fountain under the night sky as lights twinkled overhead and our feet relaxed on the brick cobblestones. It was a magical setting, so well received after a long day of traveling.
I travel the world in search of the perfect lasagna and this was in the top three. One Salmon lover ordered the Salmon and it was fantastic. The seafood linguine was so fresh. The filet minion was the best my husband has ever had. We didn't expect that at a seafood town. But every single thing was so outstanding and we are foodies as one of our family members is in chef school. Awesome food. I know they have only been open 8 weeks but they are well worth the drive to p.town just to eat there. Fresh warm buns with an olive spread. I don't really care for olives but this was so good I wanted to scrape every last morsel from the dish.
The next night we went for happy hour and free tapas upstairs at the bar and was delighted by the bartender. The chicken parm and stuffed mushrooms were even better than the night before. Outstanding to already improve upon perfection!
Apparently Sandy and her chef and whole team come from Fort myers Florida and have been together a good long time. It shows. As we winter in Florida we will search her other restaurant out in Estero beach. It's called Terra note.
