After driving all day from Philadelphia, we were greeted at the front desk with a tired attitude. We asked for a room change from double to king and were immediately told that they were sold out with no options available. After asking for at least a quiet room we then checked in. The room was dated with no microwave or mini fridge. At about 12:00 am the room was getting cold so we turned on the heat. There was an immediate foul smell and it did not quit so we turned it back off. Since they were sold out we did not ask to move rooms. The linens/bed also had a bad musty smell. The next morning I advised the same deck clerk from the night before of the heater problem. He said he would add point to our account for the problem. I thanked him for that. We stayed on the 11th of May. The points were never added to our account as of this review.
