I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean and had everything needed to feel comfortable, except for a fully stocked fridge. The rooms were relaxing, with views of the ocean in sight. I would definitely recommend a visit to this location.

Yay!
Thank you for the first review of the season- and a rave too! Hope we see you again soon-let's talk about stocking that fridge!

Every year when our week at Sandbars has ended we reserve for next year. Sandbars is the perfect mix of being close to a vibrant vacation spot (P-Town) but peaceful and quiet if your vacation is geared towards simply getting good R&R. The beach is great, but if you want higher surf, the ocean side is only a 5 minute drive. We always bring our dog, and it is great to find a clean, quiet, and well appointed inn that is also dog friendly. Looking forward to our 2016 vacation at Sandbars :)

We just spent a night at Sandbars...and we will definitely come back again. Patty and Brian were great and they gave us some ideas of where to eat since we had our dog, Summer with us. They greeted the dog at the check in counter as well. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. There were even fresh flowers in the room and the bathroom. From our room we could walk right out onto the beach which was very helpful and the adirondack chairs out on the beach were fun to sit in while watched some seals out swimming. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean and it was great to be able to make coffee in the room when we woke up. We had a great visit!!

Quiet relaxing spot with a short trip to the center of town. Staff was extremely helpful without being intrusive. I am physically disabled and although the place is not completely accessible the staff went went above and beyond to help. Loved the beach with a great board walk so that I could enjoy it! We look forward to going back!

My husand, myself and my two yorkies stayed here for two memorable nights earlier this month. The room was perfect for us....ground level with glass slider could walk right out onto the beach with the dogs. The two queen beds (one for us, one for the dogs :D) were VERY comfortable. Full kitchen with all that would be needed, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, microwave etc. Plenty of hot water in the shower with great water pressure. Pattee greeted us and was most helpful in suggesting some pet friendly places to eat in P-town. Fresh flowers in the room. Very quiet and relaxing few days. Will definitely return.

Room tip: If you have pets lower level is best....slider opens right onto the beach.
