We chose this inn based on the name “inn” and the picture on the website. Neither one were accurate. Proper name should be Seacoast Motel. The motel is a typical motor inn with small rooms; frozen items for breakfast; outdated furnishings. Positives were : location(close to ferry); cleanliness and price. Okay as a stop over location for one night.

Wasnt expecting the room to be as comfortable and well appointed, including a large sitting area, fridge, and a very large wet bar area with an extra full size sink. Easy walk to main street and the dock. My biggest gripe was the door locks. They are in desperate need of being modernized. They are using old style keys, and you need 2 to get in at night, main entrance and your room. Some idiot decided to deadbolt the outside main entrance door to all rooms, locking us and everyone else out on the town out. We had to page some poor guy to come let us in at 12:30am. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay at a fair price onseason.

We stayed here for 2 nights & chose it mostly for the location. Being within a very short walking distance of Main St & the Harbor was the selling point for us.

We were so impressed with this small hotel (only 26 rooms) & how nice the rooms are. It's all recently refurbished & the rooms are clean/well maintained & have all the necessary amenities, as well as unexpected surprises like bedside modern lamps with outlets & USB ports built into then. We got a room with a small kitchenette area, which was also nice to have. The property was quiet & all the staff was very friendly.

What this hotel lacks in outdoor facilities, like a pool or picnic/sitting area, it makes up for in many other ways. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We arrived on Tuesday August 14th(2018) and was greeted by two friendly staff members at the desk. At first glance the aesthetic outside is not exciting but oh my when you got to the room its like wow. Two beautiful beds two small couches a refrigerator and utensils to use and a coffee machine. This is a wonderful plus to have in hotel room especially if you buying or bringing food(which we did) to save on money and need a refrigerator. The staff was helpful and friendly. Truly enjoyed my stay.

Room tip: Get a room that faces the courtyard where they have evening activities e.g music being played by a group of musicians, movie showing etc.
