We snuck off to the Cape Friday, 9/7/18, after work. Last minute decision and it was great! We stayed at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Hyannis and it was clean and quiet. No problem finding parking with a late arrival. Perfect time to head down as we arrived in just over two hours from NH. Convenient to dining and stores, in case you forget anything. We headed out the next morning for the CCRT(Cape Code Rail Trail) and to surprise a friend on the MS Challenge Walk. Both were easy to access. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Needed a place to stay for two nights and I picked a great place. The room was clean and fresh. The hotel is two years old . Breakfast was a standard continental breakfast . The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very close to Whole Foods and easy access to main attractions

This was my second year in a row at this property. Last year, I probably would have given it a 4.5. I can only say nice things about the staff. Courteous, friendly and responsive. While the main problem we had may have been out of the complete control of the hotel, they did little to keep guests informed of the problem. Apparently, a few days before our arrival in late July, a water main in the area broke. According to the hotel, even though it was fixed, sporadic problems were cropping up at the hotel, I did not know this until, after soaping up in the shower, the water stopped completely. Fortunately, the sink was still running so I was able to get the soap off with a washcloth. To the hotel's credit, they had a plumber there within 30 minutes who unclogged the shower head. The next day, we had no hot water in the sink. Again, my biggest issue here was the lack of communication by the hotel. I know for a fact that I was not the only guest affected. The included breakfast provided is not bad. Unfortunately, the hotel was very crowded this weekend and it was difficult to access the food and for the staff to keep it adequately supplied. Also unfortunately, there is no outdoor pool. The indoor pool was a ghost town during our entire four-night stay. Of course, Fairfield is considered a budget line of Marriott. I get that. But honestly, for $350+ per night, even in Hyannis in July, I expect more. If we return next year, I believe I will explore other options.

I enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield Inn. The hotel is a short ride from the airport and also the harbor area. The staff were very friendly and professional. My room was very clean and comfortable and was quite spacious. The bed was great. Nice pool and gym. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to the mall and many restaurants.

Where is it at Cape Cod with family last week and stayed at this hotel.Decent stay, but the rooms were smaller than other Fairfield inn hotels read I guess this normal in a busy tourist town.Hotel itself is very clean and had some minor Play novations happening but nothing too noisy.Breakfast was average and not too much options and if you’re staying for more than a couple of days it’s not that great . Free parking on property .One big bonus is that you have a shopping mall right next to it including regal cinemas and IHOP on the opposite side
