The staff was the best I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. I’ve never checked in and out so fast. Super helpful and friendly! Clean rooms, never heard other guests, and had a really good nights sleep. Would highly recommend.

Even if the building is an older one, everything is very well maintained. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the best we got in Hampton Inns recently. Both mornings were extra items, like freshly baked biscuits or bagel toppers next to the eggs and sausages. Of course all the usual items were there and if anything run low, quickly refilled.

Thought it was annoying that there wasn’t an exhaust fan in the bathroom and it was filled with steam when i got out. Also bathtub did not drain when we took a shower which is not a big deal but that issue combined with the fan issue and that there was not a jacuzzi in the pool area added made the stay just an ok experience.

We arrived late at nite and were greeted but a very efficient and pleasant receptionist. The always available hot water, coffee was very much appreciated. As always our room was spotless with fluffy towels and a comfy bed. Breakfast was a treat A delightful place !!

For the last two years, we have not given our grandchildren physical gifts for their birthdays; we give them travel experiences, and that includes Hilton properties. Having queen beds is also a plus. They are 8 and 11, and they don't need more things, although purchases are also a part of our trips.
