Sat at the newly remodeled bar,great atmostphere,attentive service with fresh seafood and Asian ribs. Could not have had a better experience. Very satisfied in every way.

I wanted to like this restaurant but it's honestly just ok. We ordered chicken wings which were under cooked (not only not crispy but not cooked). We sent them back to get cooked a bit more and the waiter countered that they really WERE cooked for ...24 hours (marinated I guess)....whatever!!
The egg rolls were huge triangles overstuffed with too sweet and too salty pork and red cabbage.
My "tornado roll" which I was hoping would be close to a shrimp tempura roll was deep fried with potato shavings.......um ok......somebody might like it ......just not me!!

We wanted to reach out and apologize for you having a sub-par experience at Bluefins. This is not the norm for us and we would love a chance to remedy this. We also wanted to let you know that we sous-vide the chicken wings. Sous-vide is a method of cooking in which food is sealed in airtight plastic bags then placed in a water bath or in a temperature-controlled steam environment for longer than normal cooking times at an accurately regulated temperature much lower than normally used for cooking, typically around 55 to 60 °C (131 to 140 °F) for meat and higher for vegetables. The intent is to cook the item evenly, ensuring that the inside is properly cooked without overcooking the outside, and retain moisture.

This has ensured that the chicken wings are moist and do not dry out but occasionally they are sent back for fear of not being cooked well enough simply because people are not used to this style of cooking wings. The wings are cooked for at least a day in this machine prior to us serving them, so we want you to know that you were not in any danger of eating undercooked meat.

Seared tuna was perfectly prepared. Tried Japanese ice cream for first and last time. Lots of locals drinking cocktails.

Off season, the hours of most restaurants are limited so we went here after dinner for a drink. Lively atmosphere, creative drink list, and good bar service. The menu looked good.

My mom and I don't eat sushi but we had a gift card as part of an auction item that we won at the MSPCA annual Furry Affair. I had checked out the menu online and saw that they did serve non sushi items as well. We tried 3 appetizers and split an entree. So, so good. The Thai shrimp and Korean ribs appetizers were to die for as was the entree of 72 hour shorts ribs that we had. The appetizer portions were quite large so we were surprised to see that the entree portion was a little undersized. That is the only bad thing I can say about our experience. Our server, Daniel, was wonderful, upbeat and quite informative.
