We've been going to Cape for 4 years now and we make reservations at Pisces 2x each 7 day trip. Its that good. Everyone in family agrees - its that good. Its not cheap - but no seafood restaurant is cheap. You need to reserve at least a week in advance and even then you get 6pm or 9pm. So plan ahead.
The Risotto of the day is best deal - full bowl of Risotto covered with some type of large piece of fish. Always amazing flavors. Fish is the best - just cannot say enough about how fresh and well prepared.
Dont miss the Tres Leches dessert. We were next to a table of 10 - all 10 ordered Tres Leches - its that good. Other desserts are good too - but make sure at least one person in your party gets Tres Leches.
Appetizers are great - the kids make us bring them home the Margarita Pizza.

Ann consistent kills it year after year. We are on the Cape vacationing every August - and dutifully sneak away from any family and kids for dinner at Pisces every year! Pisces has been a Chatham jem for 16 years --- and luckily we've been there annually for the last 10. The seafood -- appetizers and main entrees are fresh, delicious and wonderful. Tuna, scallops, clams, mussels, lobster, swordfish, cod -- cooked simply or creatively. fresh vegetables, interesting salads, fresh soup of the day of whatever is in season. The fisherman's stew -- the best. The restaurant is small, intimate and relaxing. Leave the kids at home and everyone else should do the same. Sit at the small bar, have a peach sangria or drink of choice, and prepare for a seafood extravaganza -- the best on the cape. Don't miss dessert. Tres leches cake, key lime pie, fresh fruit cobbler (whats in season!) --- dessert should not be missed. Just go and enjoy a night away from the fried clams!

Although the food was good, the price for two was $172 with tax and tip and one drink each. As New Yorkers used to high prices, I was still shocked at the $28 shrimp pasta and the $36 lobster pasta which contained a small number of lobster chunks and was not particularly tasty according to my wife. Desserts are very good, particularly my key lime pie. The appetizers were also tasty although not remarkable.
Our server was excellent, offering useful advice many times. He did overcharge for one of the pastas and did apologize immediately. However, I have grown suspicious of handwritten rather than computer generated bills. Often addition errors are made, as well as mispricing. You should check your bill carefully. (I was overcharged by $100 on a $700 check at an Orleans restaurant that uses handwritten bills.)
All in all, the food was not bad but the pricing is high. Plus you need to valet park the car which is free but you need to tip the attendant.

This is a small restaurant slightly out of the main Chatham town but is worth getting in a taxi for if you need to. The food is just gorgeous and the menu is very varied. We had such a good meal on 31/7 that we decided to book again for the following evening. Service and staff both excellent! Some of the best food we've ever had in all our USA visits.

One of our favorite restaurants on the Cape. Been a regular stop for us since its opening. Favorite apps are the grilled squid, crudo scallops and the lobster bisque. Local fish is usually my choice for a main course, be it cod or stripe bass, but the steak and chicken are also very good.

Chef's Sue and Ann are also wonderful people. Highest marks from both of us.
