I'm a travel agent and my husband travels all over the world for his job. We are used to staying at some of the best hotels in the world. This hotel exceeded all expectations!! We have stayed in Residence Inns in the past, it's like the difference between a 2-star and a 5-star!!

The staff was amazing. Friendly, efficient, competent. The property is immaculate! There wasn't one thing that could have been cleaner or more well-maintained. The lobby and outdoor area were charming and comfortable with a huge fire pit outside with lots of seating, and cozy booths and sitting areas in the lobby. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were great! The bathroom was spacious, great water pressure and sparkling clean. Very nice Paul Mitchell products refreshed daily. The layout of the suite was excellent, much nicer than other Residence Inns. Housekeeping did a great job of getting rooms taken care of in a timely manner and every corner of the suite was clean! We weren't able to have the free breakfast, but it looked excellent. The kitchen was completely modern, beautiful and well stocked with all essentials.

Right next door is a restaurant, 110 Grill was beyond anything we could have hoped for in a late evening meal after a busy day (review separately). The property is in a nice shopping center with some other terrific restaurants including a Starbucks. There was also a cinema.

I'm not even going to call this a negative, but feel it's worth mentioning ... the property is on a busy highway. Light sleepers may want to request a rear-facing room or bring ear plugs. I'm a light sleeper and was bothered by it the first night; I bought ear plugs for last night and slept soundly. My husband and young adult daughter weren't bothered by it at all. I've been in hotels that leave ear plugs in each room that faces a busy highway or noisy street ... that might be something the management may want to consider.

We look forward to out next visit to the area; we will certainly be back to this thoroughly enjoyable property; I just hope we get to stay longer than 2 nights!!

Room Tip: Light sleepers request rear-facing room. Highway noise could bother light sleepers.

Our stay here was perfection! Hotel very clean and staff very friendly (especially Kevin, the front desk supervisor). They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Convenient location. S’mores served around campfire are a nice touch.

We had a wonderful experience at the Residence Inn in Braintree Ma. I am very grateful to Kevin Clark, front desk supervisor. He was very accommodating both on the phone and in person when we had special room requests. He also had a great rapport with the hotel staff, and networked quickly to accommodate a family member when they wanted to switch to from a neighboring hotel to the Residence Inn. He was relatable, accommodating, professional, and worked very hard to make sure guests were happy. We had a great time. Thank you to all of the staff. You simply made our trip great.

We have stayed here before and have grown to love the staff and location
It is very convenient to the bus to the airport. The rooms are very large and clean. The layout in flexible and we love the kitchen in the room. The bedding is very soft and comfortable. Check in has always been fast and friendly. The breakfast has plenty of choices. We will be back many times

Very clean hotel. Fantastic staff. They even gave us a small button repair kit when we had an issue getting ready for an event . Lots of nearby shopping and restaurants . Breakfast was very good. Above expectation for a hotel breakfast. Coffee was ok . Could use improvement on coffee . Room was super clean . Would easily stay again if we have some business in Boston . Saved some money by staying here instead of the center of the city. Well worth the 20 minute drive .
