Locals favorite for sublime sandwiches, heartwarming soups and farm fresh salads. All ingredients are the best available. We came here for breakfast and they have about 5 menu items. At 8:40 am the place was empty and an employee did not regard us as we walked in. We walked around looked at the lunch menu that was being posted on the board and had to ask for service. When asked if they served breakfast, we were told yes but people generally come here for lunch so let me find you a breakfast menu! Poor service! Another thing I was not pleased with was a place that sells Coke in two liter bottles and service organic granola in the same setting? This is not a place for me.

This is the place to go in Salisbury for fresh salads, homemade soups and great salads. Everything is made to order quickly and efficiently. You order at the counter and pick up at the kitchen, their is no wait staff but all the employees are friendly and responsive. They are only open for lunch Monday thru Saturday, they close at 3:00 pm. This is also a great place to go if you needed something catered. There are many booths, tables and comfy chairs to sit in. Try this place you won't be disappointed.

This was our first time enjoying lunch at the Acorn Market and wanted to celebrate a grandchild's graduation day. We had heard they offered gluten free selections which was helpful since two of our party had limited choices for meals for health reasons. We placed our order at the counter for everyone's food choices, after inquiring about the gluten free options. The menu includes soups, salads, sandwiches (served with chips or apple), panini sandwiches, baked goods, fountain drinks, and water. You can do a 1/2 sandwich and cup of soup as well. (With gluten free bread you receive a whole sandwich since the bread's smaller.) The wait was not very long to hear our order number. One of the staff helped us get our trays to the table. We chose a large circular table at the front of the restaurant to accommodate our party of 8. Everyone of all ages enjoyed their meals! The portion sizes were great and everything was fresh. The bill for 8 was about $60. We loved the friendly atmosphere, fresh food, and quick service! We parked in the main lot across the street, which offers free parking for the first 2 hours. We were out in plenty of time before the 2 hours limit was up. Will be looking forward to next time! :) Thanks Acorn Market!
