“Pretty scenery”

Chesapeake Crabhouse and Tiki Bar
Cuisines: Seafood
Description: Crisfield Maryland is an old crab town on the Chesapeake Bay. We were there for their Crab Derby--it's their annual festival. A pretty town, with ferries to the bay islands, genuine native watermen (crabbers and oyster harvesters). This restaurant is the local favorite--it was recommended by several merchants and fishermen. We liked it well enough to submit a review. Their phone is 410-968-1131. No website we could find.

This is a good place if you like seafood. If you don't, your only options are fried chicken and a hand made burger that has more filling than beef. Due to a shortage of people it took a long time to get our food and the order was all wrong. The hush puppies were good.

The cove scenery was beautiful except for the Cadillac parked, running, onthe porch next to our table. It was awkward.

We went there for our anniversary. We ordered off the menu. The crab stuffed shrimp was good . More food then I could eat They have a beautiful deck where you can watch the boats come in and go out . The service was good and fast. There were a lot of people there eating all you can eat crabs.

Drinks were nice and cold and served up fast. We had a dozen local oysters raw on the half shell. Think this area is known for their oysters and they were very good but a little "muddy".
The crab bisque we were told was excellent and it absolutely was. So rich and full of meat!
My crab cake entree was delicious, all meat and so large I could only eat half!! Great cole slaw, BTW.
Husband had app portion Old Bay steamed shrimp. Nice size serving and well spiced.
Very attentive and friendly staff, we would definitely return!!

How does a crab house screw up crabs? They were awful. Service was lacking. And the bathrooms were more disgusting than using a Porto potty after a 3 day music fest. Toilet paper and trash all over the place and even in the sink. Are you kidding me? The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the hush puppies were good and the view on the water was great.
