We had a very nice week in this studio apartment within walking distance (about 10 minutes) of Perkins Cove. From there we could walk to the town or beach, or simple hop on the trolley. The owners were very helpful and accessible, if needed. They provided linens and towels which was very nice. There were also beach towels and beach chairs. The room might tend to be a bit stuffy, but the air purifier and the a/c worked fine to keep us quite comfortable. The murphy bed is ok comfortable but we brought along a foam topper which made it just fine. If there are only two of you and your not too fussy about your accomodations, and you want to stay in the general Ogunquit area at a very reasonable price, this might be a good bet.

The owner was very accommodating & friendly. Very close to Perkins Cove. Was listed as one bedroom, however, when we got there we found out it was an efficiency & we all had to sleep in the living room, so staying with our older children made it cramped.It would be helpful if that was in the listing somewhere. It did have a musty smell & was damp but using the air conditioner was helpful. Cell service was spotty. I would recommend this place for a couple or for someone with younger children.

Overall the condo was great, and a very good deal. The location is indeed very close to Perkins Cove, within 5 min walk. We made good use of the kitchenette and common grilling area outside; the A/C unit kept us very comfortable at night; the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but really just nitpicking there. Only minor issue was the dampness - could have used a dehumidifier, but wasn't a deal breaker or a big problem. For a stellar deal in a fantastic location this is the place to stay. Communication with the owner David was effective and seamless. Rent with confidence and enjoy the area!
