I just completed a 3 week/200hr. immersion yoga teacher/training at the Sewall House with Donna Davidge. The retreat exemplifies what yoga is all about. You and your soul. It's about being real and at peace and Donnas attention is tailored to your ability. No competion, no stress.
The other guests at the retreat were there for the Maine beauty and hospitality that the retreat has to offer as well as a writing workshop. It only took about 2 minutes at the dinner table to feel like you were at a gathering of friends and family enjoying Nadjas delicious Vegan cooking!
This is a retreat, not a club...pack your makeup and shoes, or just leave them home because you won't need them!
