Clay Hill Farm is, in fact, in a rustic location and a bit off the beaten path and more populated roads of Ogunquit. There's a big red barn welcoming you to the restaurant and there are gardens to walk through and a bird/wildlife sanctuary to walk through, as well. But, the restaurant is anything but rustic! In fact, it's a bit of an oxymoron to walk into the restaurant which is decorated with red velvet chairs and chandeliers and a piano bar . Having said that, it didn't matter. Who cares that the interior could use some sprucing up? . Service was exceptional. Menu was varied. Nothing particularly innovative about the food preparation, but quite enjoyable and typical "American fare". Prices were reasonable. And, the ambience overall was lovely. I've told many friends about the place and I'm sure they will enjoy it as much as we did.
