Just happened on this gem of a coffee shop. Friendly service, GREAT coffee (macchiato like an Italian should make it). We had a "breakfast" cookie -which didn't contain ham and eggs!- and a piece of carrot cake and an almond croissant; all of them were superb. The menu for "proper" food looked really enticing, too. And if I am down the Boothbay peninsula again, it will be another detour. Isn't "worth a detour" the standard for Michelin stars? Certainly qualifies for its TA accolade.
