We ran into here to grab a quick lobster roll to go so we could take it on a scenic harbor tour boat trip. They served it on a toasted bread (a nice change from the traditional hotdog bun). We spent 8 days in Maine and on Cape Cod and this was by far our favorite Lobster Roll!

We went to Mine Oyster for dinner. I have numerous food allergies and the waitress was great in trying to ensure I could find something to eat. We had a seafood dinner for two and it was ok. My husband stated the oysters were fantastic. Alcoholic drinks are OVERPRICED at $11 for one and it wasn't that great. The night we were there they having two different live music options. A folk singer for the early birds and a band for the later crowd.

Lunch with family, good service, value and a great view if you go upstairs and sit outside at the back.

Strangely enough, it was the brussel spouts that caught our attention since with all the seafood for the past several days, we had a hankering for vegetables. So after the nice footbridge walk over from the east side of the bay, we ordered the eggplant salad, french fries and the brussel spouts. All were delicious, but so were the scallops. We couldn't have been happier with the service, and eating outside in such a lovely setting was pure delight. Great evening at Mine Oyster!

We stopped in for a late dinner. Maybe because it was almost 9:00, the waitstaff were the only unfriendly & indifferent servers we encountered in our entire week in Maine. We never got a smile, except from the charming Romanian young lady greeting potential customers outside. Inside, it was all sighs and eye-rolls. Scallops tasted good but were gritty. Cole slaw was very peppery.
