Had 4 rooms for a family trip. One room was fine, no issues. Another room had no AC working. Another room had a bullet hole through the glass with glass on the floor. Our other room had a broken box springs. Changed two of the rooms. They told us the bed would be fixed. Came back to no fixed bed. Two of our rooms never got cleaned. When we called front desk for more towels, we were told they were down at the desk and we could come get them. After all that, they did comp one night for us and discounted another. But they also overcharged my dad $10 from what they quoted (after taxes).

My sister and I was passing through Shreveport and needed a nice hotel with double beds for the night. After the representative checked us in our room, my sister and I checked the beds and entire room for cleanliness. Bathroom was very clean. However, the bed spreads had black spots and noticeable specks of small black spots. After moving our luggage into the bathroom, we checked the bed for signs of bed bugs. We didn't find any but was suspicious of the black spots. We ended up sleeping in our sleeping bags on top of the bed. No bite marks, but enough to keep us from getting a good night sleep. We checked out early and got got out of there quickly. Never again.....

I had a bug in my room. The bathroom was laid out in an odd configuration and the hot water was very tricky to operate. No outlets near the bed either. Coffee wasn't available at 5 am when I left.
