Poor, shampoo lotions,etc. Much better breakfast needed even in covid. I'd called before hand about the breakfast and was told it would be different than it was. They gave tiny muffin. Need a muffin of quality! Or give out 25 small itty-bitty ones. The bathroom need better workmanship. The shower partially worked. The overall bathroom looks cheap quality from floor molding to painting.
Greatly disappointed. Not a BW experience! Felt like a Motel 6.
Front staff are emotionless and uncaring robots.

This location was BEYOND DISGUSTING. Between the odor of weed everywhere to the people up stairs, to the left of us, and across the hall screaming and throwing furniture till 3am we were fed up and left in the middle of the night. Around 9 pm the front desk lady was SO HIGH SHE GAVE SOMEONE OUR ROOM AND THEY WALKED RIGHT INTO OUR ROOM!!!!! Our son was awoken by strangers walking in while trying to sleep. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND A BEST WESTERN TO ANYONE EVER AGAIN.

Travel through Louisiana with my kids and arrived really late at the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and speedy with our check in process which was very helpful. Great experience.

Mattresses need replaced..... No breakfast and we had to take out our own towels and trash.... They did not even offer a discount!!!! =( The alarm went off at 430 am and it took like 15 mins to get it turned off .

Basic adequate room & breakfast. Nothing fancy. Positive - lots of plug-ins and drawers. Need better training for staff. 1 night deactivated room cards while at dinner. 4 day stay but 1 day didn't make up room at all. Cashier didn't know how to handle Best Western gift cards at checkout but nice about it & didn't hold us up until Manager arrived so we could get on road. Not enough tables on busy weekends for breakfast. If mostly out touring place is adequate for the price & we would stay again if rate good.
