Booking into the B&B next door, we were recommended to ring and book a table for dinner. When we arrived, the pub was already quite busy (lots of visitors and local custom- always good) so we took our drinks and menus to sit in the garden area. We went in to order our food and sit at our allotted table. The young lady was very informative about the dishes on the menu and we were delighted to hear the ingredients were locally sourced, Our starters were delicious and we had a little rest before the main course, enjoying the banter in the busy bar area. The mains were just as exquisite as the starters, the burger was particularly tasty! Full to bursting we went back next door, very glad the pub was next door!
