It was a great location so my husband could visit lots of tourist attractions. Lots of eating establishments of all types close and within walking distance. It was a very comfortable and great stay for our conference!

Wonderful, new, clean and contemporary. The food is lovely and the setting is perfect because it’s right in the middle of downtown- great restaurants nearby with an easy walk-

The hotel is perfectly situated in Louisville with a quick walk over the river to Indiana

Great location. Many restaurants close by. Was fortunate to great a good view overlooking 4th street live.

Unfortunately, the room was dirty. Hair everywhere is the bathroom. Stain on carpet and sheets. I mentioned it to the receptionist but she was not bothered.

Great location on fourth where there are many restaurants and sandwich shops and pleasant entertainment. The staff at Hyatt was very caring and concerned for my experience and happiness. The only real disappointment was that they do not offer complimentary breakfast.

This hotel was very nice until I was accosted by a panhandler IN THE LOBBY of this hotel. The area around the hotel attracts a lot of people out to enjoy an evening and has several nice hotels, so it attracts a lot of panhandlers as well. I would have expected the security staff at this Hyatt to be aware of this and to take measures to keep them out of the hotel, but that definitely was NOT the case. I was left wondering who else would be allowed to roam the hotel. My low rating on service was solely because of the lack of security; other staff were just fine.

Of course, I agree with you entirely, Hyatt guests should never be confronted by non-guests on our property. We were aware of this situation, shortly after it took place and have taken steps to correct it. Once again, please know that we deeply regret your troubling experience and look forward to the opportunity to serve you again in the near future.
