“Fun, educational, enjoyable experience”
Reviewed 23 February 2012

My husband is from Louisville and he never knew about this hidden gem in his hometown. We are so glad we've discovered this fascinating place! This is a great activity for all ages. It is exciting to go underground and learn some history at the same time. My teenage boys had a great time. Our guide was fun and informative. The temperature felt great underground on a hot summer day. You definitely need to include a visit here on your next trip to Louisville. We've also enjoyed the Christmas lights at Mega Caverns. It is a beautiful sight to see and will make your Christmas more memorable! Looking forward to doing some zip-lining there soon! Another great reason to visit!

“Mega Zip = Mega fun!”
Reviewed 20 February 2012

The Mega Zips at the Louisville Mega Cavern are way too much fun. My family and I had never ziplined before so we didn't know what to expect. Luckily we picked the Mega Zips for our first time. The folks at the Mega Zips were amazing. They were patient, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable which put our minds at ease from the start. If you're looking for something fun and exciting for your adventurous family, this is the place.

“Zipline in the Dark, what a hoot!”
Reviewed 20 February 2012

Louisville Mega Caverns has a tram tour, a historic tour and the Zipline. We did the Zipline and it was a blast. To be honest I did not like the little suspension bridges but the zipping was fantastic. If you get a chance, do it. Something about the dark and what appears to be a bottomless pit adds some 'zip' to it. And in places you are about 80 feet above the rocks.

This place is great! I haven't been during Christmas time, so we don't know how the light show is, but just to go for the tour was really amazing and worth the money,
