Owner description: Batter up! It takes a special place to craft the #1 Bat in Major League Baseball. At Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, experience history-in-the-making as you stroll through the actual factory where world-famous Louisville Slugger bats are created. The award-winning factory tour is a highlight of the visit here, but there's plenty more to enjoy along with it. Admire the World's Biggest Bat - stretching 120 feet into the sky. Hold bats actually used by baseball superstars like Mickey Mantle, Johnny Bench, Cal Ripken Jr. And Derek Jeter. Face down a 90-mph fastball hurled by a major league pitcher. Count the homerun notches Babe Ruth carved into his Louisville Slugger bat for every home run he hit with it. Step into the batting cages and take some swings with a replica model of your hero's bat. Guests even get a free miniature souvenir bat at the end of the factory tour. You can even create a bat with your own name on it, just like the pros. They make great gifts for all kinds of special occasions, from newborn babies, to groomsmen gifts, to team trophies and more. The museum store is also loaded with lots of sporty merchandise for every budget. Be sure to swing by!

We loved it! My husband and i loved our visit. We are the parents of four daughters and not really big baseball fans but our trip to the Louisville Slugger museum was amazing! Something for everyone!

It was so fun to share my husband's love of the game with his kids in this museum. Really cool place to visit!

This is a must see for anyone young or old who grew up watching, playing or ever dreamed of being the next Babe Ruth, Don Mattingly, or Jose Reyes. Seeing how these bats were made by hand way back when for heavy hitters (literally Babe Ruth's 42 oz bat!) and then today where they can churn out 5000 for spring training was pretty cool. Special private tours for the "All Star Experience" are available for the ultimate baseball fan!

Experiencing a piece of history at the Louisville Slugger Museum was great. I'm not a huge baseball fan but seeing the way bats are made is truly and great experience. Parking was down the street and there was a cost.

Nice place to visit. Love the factory tour. I do however wish the museum had more attractions in there. Compared to the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame there is a not a lot in there but the factory is a neat experience!!
