This is a wonderful place for family, friends or business! My family & I gathered here for the Total Solar Eclipse Event and couldn't have been more pleased. The property is lovely with 2 lakes, a marina, cottages and a lodge. Mini golf on site for all visitors. Spacious playground for kiddies. Huge covered picnic area with long tables and benches. lots of parking. Great-room on 1st floor of lodge available for private parties. Restaurant on site is a fabulous bonus as it's food is good, drinks are good and staff is great! I would definitely recommend to friends and family if they plan to be in this area of Western Kentucky for any reason. My family and I stayed in the lodge and the rooms were clean & spacious (2 queen beds in each) with t.v., mini fridge and coffee pots in each. My favorite part of being here was the staff - no matter who you encountered at the office, gift shop, restaurant, bar, or even the housekeeping people - EVERYONE is pleasant, helpful and polite! This was truly the delight because we don't often encounter NICE people when we travel.

Great place to stay, friendly people. Restaurant on sight, good food. Real nice marina, they take care of all your needs. Cabins are really nice, fire pit, grill and nice deck to look at lake and watch everything going on. Get garbage every morning along with fresh tiles. Great for families

We have stayed at this resort for years. We love coming here and book for the next couple years in advance. The marina is great! Always plenty of people working and even the youngest of them seem to know what they are doing, which is a big plus. Besides having our own boat and jet ski, we also rented a jet ski, which was very good for being a rental, and all pontoons and tritoons are brand new and nice. Food at Ralph's onsite was great, but I felt it was over priced, considering our group went to Patti's at Grand Rivers and ate for the same price and had way more food. Waitress, I think her name was Kara, was awesome! She held it together in the midst of a very busy night. The only thing that wasn't up to normal standards was the cabin we stayed in this time. We stayed in 34, and there were holes in the wall and in one of the bed spreads (like as big as a baseball). The floor in one of the bathrooms was warped as if there had been a water leak at some point. Maybe it's one of the older ones as we have stayed in 5,7, and a way nicer/newer 3 br with an upstairs that I can't remember the number of. These we much, much nicer and cleaner. Maybe #37? So maybe it's about time to replace 34 because it was kind of bad compared.
Otherwise, another fun extended weekend trip at Moor's!

We stayed in a 3 bedroom waterfront cabin (cabin 14). The view was spectacular. We had easy access from our cabin to the water. This was great for the kids playing and kayaking. The cabin is nice enough but a couple sheet sets smelled of mildew which was gross. The office resolved quickly the next morning. Hope to use the beach area tomorrow after check out time

Sometimes it is difficult to find accommodations for the 11 of us, but the log house at Moors was perfect. There are many beds and the A/C works well. I would rate it an "excellent" if the lighting was better and the kitchen better-stocked. We really appreciated the huge number of towels we were given! Bathrooms are big, and the place was clean.
