This place is like an apartment. A nice little surprise. It is located in the center of Wichita, so you can get around easily. The room has lots of space to move about. 2 televisions with a wonderful selection of channels. Comfy bed. Large bathroom. Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast. Very pleased with my stay here. Will return in he future.

The hotel where we usually stayed was booked, so we made a reservation at the Hotel at Waterwalk, not knowing what to expect. It is a great place to stay. The location is excellent, downtown and right off Kellogg. They provided shuttle service within 3 miles of the hotel, which was very convenient for us since we were going to a musical that night at Century 2. We did not have to call them for a pick-up. They knew what time it was over and had a shuttle waiting for us when the show was over. The room was large with a living area and dining area. They served breakfast to order. there was a pool and free Wi-Fi.

Room Tip: Choose a ground floor room. there is a second floor, but no elevator. We were closest to Kellogg, but did not hear noise from the traffic

What an amazing place! It was like getting your own apartment instead of a room. The people from the reservation desk to check out were great. Very helpful & friendly. We even had help getting our luggage to our room. Loved it all & will recommend to everyone!

Room Tip: All rooms seemed good we had ground floor & loved it.

My brother and I traveled to Wichita with our 87-year-old mother for a family reunion, which was centered at the Hotel at WaterWalk. My brother and I stayed in a loft suite right above my mother, who had a suite on the ground floor. Her suite was not expressly handicap access, but we got her the one regular suite with a grab bar in the bath. The staff were friendly and accommodating and eager to help from the time I first called to make the reservation to the night I came to the lobby hoping to get some kind of food to take with medicine. They let us use the lobby for visiting and set up our family artifacts in the breakfast room during the day on Saturday. Speaking of breakfast, the breakfasts were great! A range of tasty hot and cold items in the buffet, and made-to-order omelets or scrambles. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

Room Tip: There is only one suite with a grab bar in the bath. I think there are also suites that are expressly handicap access.

We traveled in town for a chance to see our new grand baby. After one 15 hours of road travel Fernando went above and beyond to get us all checked in and settled into our room after a long day on the road.

Thank you Fernando for making our experience at WaterWalk pleasurable.
