We had the king suite. Large bathroom with privacy screen between the bed area and couch. Staff was helpful. Witg a week stocked pantry. We made reservations on line so I was a little surprised when we arrived. It's a busy area of Wichita and looked like a concrete jungle. Once you step inside it is an oasis. Full breakfast, great pool with outdoor sunning area and friendly staff.

Overall, our stay was OK. The room itself was decent and gave us adequate room for three people.
Our only issues had to do with towels, closets and upstairs guests.
When we arrived to our room, we searched for luggage racks. We sent someone down to ask the desk...they told us we should have two closets and that they were in there.
We only had one closet in our room and zero luggage racks. Eventually, this was taken care of.
When we asked for more towels (this happened more than once) we were given exactly three (one for each of us). I understand they try to conserve energy by having you reuse your towels, and that is fine, but when we asked for more and they said we only needed three because we were only three people, that was a bit ridiculous. I feel like the people paying to stay in the room should be able to request things like towels or washcloths without having to justify it.
In the middle of our stay, the room directly above us became occupied by someone with kids. They let said kids run and jump and stomp throughout the night for our last three nights there. I called the desk and asked if they could ask them to quiet down (it was 12:30 a.m.) but the people upstairs continued. This isn’t a knock against the hotel, as they said they’d try to take care of it.
The breakfast was good, and the woman working the breakfast each morning was very nice and helpful. She took our plates one morning and said “I just want you to be comfortable.”

We only needed a place to stay for the night while passing through, and this worked very well. It was clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the price was fine. Has a typical hotel breakfast, but was included in the price, so no complaints. I'd easily stay here again.

We stay here often, always clean, staff friendly. This time it was our son's birthday and the breakfast staff sang to him. He was excited! Breakfast was out early which we appreciated as we had to be at a sporting event at the time it usually opened! Comfortable room, always quiets in this area.
