Returning from vacation and spotted roadside sign for this Ramada.
Upon pulling off the road and approaching the building there was NO clue that this was a Ramada Inn. No sign, no direction, .. nothing. On a hunch walked into what appeared to be a lobby and yes this was the Ramada. Lobby was pretty and woman behind the desk very friendly. This is where the any semblance of "pretty" ends.
I had a small dog and was thus assigned to a "Pet Room"... OK understandable.
Closest entrance was around back, and rear of building is a shambles and strewn with old wood, unusable construction equipment, a dumpster and other junk.
Entered the "Unlocked rear door into a shabby vestibule, and then through another unlocked door into a hallway where sheetrock pieces were all over the floor and embedded in the carpeting. Place smelled and was filthy.
The room itself looked OK, had NO carpeting just a hard laminate floor where my dog had a hard time keeping his footing as it was slippery.
The above were actually the high points of this place.
After setting in we (Wife and I) were getting ready for bed and noticed a previous unfortunates old whisker shavings stuck to the bathroom sink. Tried scrubbing them out but the sink would NOT drain at all..and I mean at all. Wife and I had to brush teeth and get ready for bed in one of the public bathrooms in the hallway.
Also noticed that the bathtub was not cleaned as well.
I went and told the woman behind the desk about the filthy room condition and she offered us a new room...but by this point we just needed sleep. She said she would tell the "Maintenance man" about the sink, whereupon I got even more upset and said that the cleaning staff knew very well the sink was clogged and this was no surprise.
The following morning the sink was still half full of old water and whiskers.
NO vent fan in bathroom, the smell of chlorine permeates the hallways from the indoor waterpark.
Rear door has a sheet of broken glass in it and doesn't lock.
TV was puny.
To top it all off, in the middle of the building is an Arcade jam packed with the loudest noisiest machines imaginable. No one was in the arcade but the machines were running on autopilot ... and YES our room was backed up to this one and you could feel the floor rumbling with the tremendous Bass noises of the machines.
There is a "restaurants" in the hotel and we ordered 2 Reubens to bring back to the room. There were nothing but strips of fat that was supposed to be corned beef...terrible.

There is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the way of stores, eateries, or any human habitation near this place...your on your own.

My heartfelt advice.... you would be better off at the Bates Motel at least there you would expect to be horrified. Wyndham should be ashamed of itself for putting their name on this abomination.

Room Tip: If my room was any example my best advice would be to find another place to stay.

Just stayed one night at this nasty mold Palace.
So many things wrong I've stayed at properties around the world and this hotel ranks up in the top five worst places I've ever stayed in my life I'm in Iowa guy even.
There is no vent fan in the bathroom so all the moisture stays in the room you can smell the mold it's disgusting. On top of that this place has an indoor water park so all that moisture from the indoor pool place permeates hallways and rooms contributing to the moisture / mold in the rooms always everywhere you can smell it.
Security doors on the back of the property don't work anybody could walk in no key card to swipe just come right in. The same rear door glass is broken and it's covered in black electrical tape so they don't have to fix the broken door glass.
The TV didn't work, wifi I didn't work.
Everything is Rusty in the room and bathroom because of the moisture.
This place needs to be torn down it's so beat up I can't believe they can still charge to stay in such a gross disgusting place.
Avoid this place at all cost it is so bad we paid $160 including tax complete rip-off.

Overall it was very good for the price. The waterpark was the perfect size for the kids. Really needs an elevator. Couple of minors hiccups that you see at all hotels but I would recommend this to others.

Staff was GREAT! But hotel was old and worn, with hot hallways, doors that were not secure, and people in water park using hot tub dressed in regular clothing, not swimsuits but pants. Shower was lukewarm, but room was dark with little lighting.
