We asked for a quiet room, and they exceeded our request! The room was quiet, very fresh, clean, and well laid out. We walked into a kitchen that had a full-sized refrigerator with a real freezer (working ice maker), a 2-burner stove, over-the-stove microwave with vent, and dishwasher or sink, if you prefer, with a bathroom off to the right. The bathroom was well lit, furnished with plenty of fluffy towels, working showerhead, lots of hot water, and a blow dryer. The bedroom area was spacious with 2 queen beds with the most comfortable mattresses to be found anywhere. The pillow assortment should please anyone. A surplus of outlets would please the queen or king of DigitalLand. The TV wasn't huge, but fine, and, with the abundance of channel selection, there were no complaints. Air conditioning unit was controlled by a wall thermostat with a continuous fan option. It was quiet and efficient. The large table between the kitchenette and sleeping quarters provided space to do business or simply eat the dinner prepared in the room. We felt very safe inside the building as well as outside in the parking area. It was a perfect overnight experience.

Room Tip: Ask for a quiet room. Staff are extremely accommodating!

Our suite was perfect for two people and spacious enough to entertain our grandchildren.
We had a nice kitchen area, family room, huge bathroom and spacious bedroom. It was quiet and comfortable for sleeping.

Room Tip: The suites are nice with new appliances and furnishings. It was quiet and we slept well.

Clean and new. Nice bedding. Great pillows, and lots of tv stations. Great room layout. Fitness center is on the main floor with lots of windows! Nice breakfast. Next door to the mall and many restaurants.

It was easy to find- right east of the mall. We enjoyed the kitchenette for washing dishes, etc. The fold-out couch did create some challenges with space as it basically bumps right up against the end of the bed, but it was still nice to have. The finishes were modern and clean. The pool was a bit chilly and no hot tub, but we still enjoyed it.

We stayed for a weekend and enjoyed the hotel. The room was neat with the kitchenette and though we weren't prepared to make our own meals, it was nice to have plates for our takeout food and a place to store leftovers. The king bed was comfortable but the sofa bed was lacking. We had an issue with not having linens supplied for the fold out bed and an employee quickly brought sheets for us. The bathroom was nice and the closet was good but no luggage rack for suitcases. It would have been better if the very long closet was split so that half was accessible from bathroom and other half near the entry door for coats or shoes. TV was okay too. Breakfast was good and a nice variety was provided. The only disappointment was that breakfast hours were too limited. I would suggest 6:30 - 9:30 am rather. There was an outdoor patio that would have been fantastic to sit and enjoy if the weather was nice out. The desk attendant was friendly and he genuinely seemed to care. It was in a great location near the shopping center. The entire facility seemed clean and up to date.
