A tiny little resteraunt with hardly room to turn around, but they cook with love and are really good at it. They have been here for decades and are famous for their thin crust oven baked pizza. They also have lots of pasta dishes and salads. They offer delivery too! Limited hours open, so you might want to call ahead. 1-641-357-1740

The owners have been here for decades and their food is consistently delish and varied. The sauce is always, always so nicely made with herbs and spices that make me feel I'm in Italy. It's a cozy, small spot on Main Street on the lefthand side; it's a good place to enjoy a tasty meal and chat with the family.

This is an very unique experience!! The PIzza is fabulous but if you go in and sit down, you must be open to meeting new people. There is absolutely no privacy as the tables are side by side. We had a great visit with the table next to us because there was no way for multiple conversations. No one would ever leave as a stranger. It was a fun experience!

Had Sally make a pan of lasagna and garlic bread for July 4th celebration. She gave us extra sauce which we love, nice sweet flavor. Also love the thin crust pizza. It is one of our favorite spots to order from on the weekend.
Small but quaint.

When travelling I like to support local restaurants instead of chains. This was one of the few places open on a Wednesday evening in the downtown area near the lake. I was the only customer in the place and was surprised by how quickly my order was served because the menu promises that everything is homemade. I soon discovered that the stuffed shells were still frozen in the middle - must have been prepared ahead of time then microwaved as needed.
