We've eaten here many times over the years which says a lot, given that there are lots of dining options in the area. Most recently we took our visitors. The owner welcomed us which set the tone for the evening. The wait staff was excellent - attentive but not overwhelming. We did not have to wait for drinks to be served. Yet, we did not feel rushed as we have had happen in other restaurants, so we were able to have our drinks, eat at a leisurely pace, and enjoy our conversations.

One of us ordered scallops; another had fried shrimp; another broasted chicken, and I had baked cod. Three of us rated our entrees as excellent. The chicken breasts, however, did not get as much praise: although there was a lot of meat on the two pieces (almost too much), the meat was dry - maybe cooked too long. On the other hand, all of us were quite happy with the sides we ordered: salads (house dressing is great), baked potato, rice, fries. The bread served before the meal was warm and tasty with either the butter or the garlic olive oil.

Unfortunately, we had no room for dessert so had to pass. Over all, we had quite a lovely evening and will surely go back.

First time eating here but we'll be back! Might have been the best piece of prime rib I've ever had. Seasoned and cooked (rare) to perfection. My wife had the ribs which she loved. After dinner we moved into the lounge and enjoyed listening to live music over a cocktail. We even danced a little. Wonderful evening out!

An acquaintance said they had been here and liked it, so we decided to make a trip to try it out. We were not disappointing at all. We got there early on a Sat. It is a quiet restaurant with somewhat vintage nautical decor. Very clean and well kept. The service was great and the food excellent. We are already planning another trip soon. I had fall off the bone BBQ ribs, mt husband had delicious, tender prime rib.

This is the place to go when you want a quality dinner! There is no such thing as a bad meal here. I’ve been going here for years and the food is perfect EVERY TIME! Try the ribs, they’re too die for! Thanks Lighthouse for always being great!

We met family there for a birthday dinner. 5 had ribs and I a pulled pork sandwich.
All were really good. Side salad was just that but the entrees were very tasty. Service was slow with one less cook in the kitchen but they did the best that they could.
Ambiance is that of an old supper club. Very good eats.
